Kevin has worked tirelessly to create housing opportunities in District One and to improve transit options for the Greater Portland area. His staunch support of Community Based Planning and neighborhood initiatives such as the Revisioning of Franklin Street has been refreshing. Without Kevin we would not have a Transit Plan, updated zoning ordinances, an East Bayside Neighborhood Plan, a Maine State Pier Public Workshop, A School Facilities Study, or a Franklin Redesign Study. I’m voting to keep Kevin’s leadership and vision on the City Council.

Thanks to Kevin’s leadership, Portland has made huge strides in developing a transportation policy suited to the challenges of the 21st century, including progress on Franklin Street and improvements that enhance our options for walking, biking, scootering, and transit.
